Pioneering UGRA in India

Ugra is the Swiss Centre of Competence for Media and Printing Technology and does research for the Graphic Arts Industry since more than 50 years. As a member of ISO TC 130, Ugra established numerous ISO standards like ISO 12647-2 certification for Process Standard Offset (PSO). Furthermore Ugra certifies materials, persons and companies according to different standards or specifications. Ugra has an international focus and earns a big part of its turnover in foreign countries.

Process Standard Offset is group of standards that are required for standardized offset printing with an aim to achieve quality in print, provided by the Swiss Centre of Competence for Media and Print Technology – Ugra is engaged in research for the Graphic Arts Industry for over five decades. As a member of ISO TC 130, Ugra established numerous ISO standards and today offers services and products for the assessment and improvement of quality. It also certifies materials, persons and companies according to different standards or specifications.
