Pre-Press: The first step of Quality

Pre-press is the first step towards product quality. The parameters set at this stage must be sharply followed in subsequent processes to achieve the planned object. At Janus, quality is the breath of processes and it breathes from the Pre-press to the Press right through the Post-press.

The highlight of this section is the Esko Work Flow.  Equipped with a wide variety of powerful tools, it is an integrated Packaging Software Suit that ensures the best CAD-based structural and graphic designs with enhanced color management and output control.

Complementing Esko Work Flow is the Screen Dainippon Computer-to-Plate technology – undisputedly one of the most revolutionary breakthroughs of our time, which enables direct plate exposing and simultaneous transfer of image profile to CPC console of the Offset machine. This not only gives us the best quality crispy prints but ensures the same in severely crunched time. Excellent dot clarity and color consistency for repeated jobs is just the icing on the cake.
